We’re almost to the end of another year. Before stepping away, we wanted to take a moment and wish you a happy holiday season! Starting in February, Bessemer invested in Litify as the platform transforming legal business operations at its core. We’re thrilled to have the support of one of the country’s most sophisticated investors as we shape the landscape of legal. As part of the investment, Bessemer Partner Brian Feinstein became Chairman of our Board of Directors, bringing 15 years of business and vertical software expertise to our strategies and operations.
We debuted our first-ever booth crawl at this year’s Legalweek conference in March. It was a fun way to showcase the power of the Litify network. Thank you again to our participating partners: ECFX, Epiq, Kofax, LawPay, Lex Reception, NetDocuments, and Foundation AI!
In May, we were selected for this award by Theorem, a leading legaltech platform and marketplace. Winners were selected using data collected from across the Theorem network, including major organizations like the Corporate Legal Operations Consortium (CLOC) and the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC).
From his debut at CLOC 2022 to our most recent LitiQuest conference, it’s been one busy year for the Litify Llama! And from what we’ve seen, legal professionals love Jude Law-ma:

Following a record-breaking second quarter, we announced Curtis Brewer as Litify’s CEO. Curtis brings deep expertise in scaling and operating software business and has an impressive track record in delivering a platform approach to fragmented industries. We’re excited to have him on board to further accelerate our company’s growth after achieving a record amount of revenue while continuing to expand our profitability.

Last but certainly not least, we announced Lauren Rothrock as our Chief Product Officer (CPO) in December. Lauren brings an impressive track record in delivering client-centric product strategy, design, and adoption transformation to our team. As our CPO, she’ll be responsible for enhancing the Litify platform’s personalized and intuitive work experience for clients, supported by next-generation analytics and business intelligence, to drive better business performance.
