Litify Announces Record Performance In 2023

The legal technology company achieved record revenue while continuing to expand profitability, cementing its position as the leading platform for high performance

NEW YORK, NY — February 28, 2024 — Litify, the all-in-one legal platform for law firms and in-house legal teams, today announced record company performance in 2023. The legal platform is now used by 400+ enterprise clients and 55K+ legal professionals, primarily in personal injury, insurance defense, and immigration law firms and the in-house legal departments of Fortune 500 companies across North America and Europe. The company’s results reveal 54% growth in revenue year-over-year while expanding profitability.

“2023 was a standout year for Litify and is a testament to the way our clients are advancing the legal industry. Our customers work across a diverse set of practice areas, but something they all share is a drive to continuously innovate and improve their businesses. I’m impressed by their results on our platform — and grateful that they choose Litify to transform their operations,” said Litify CEO Curtis Brewer. “As Litify grows, we will accelerate investment into our enterprise platform to further support our clients.”

Notable clients using Litify’s legal solutions now include Begum Law Group, Guardant Health, SBH Legal, Tiveron Law, and Unified Women’s Healthcare, among others. The technology is improving efficiency and performance through personalized legal processes and business insights. In 2023, Litify clients grew an average of 20% — and up to 400% — while using the platform.

“Litify's emphasis on improving client outcomes through better case management practices aligned perfectly with our firm's mission and values. The decision for Litify was easy, thanks to its strong reputation for reliability and support, ensuring we're always operating at our best,” said Victoria Switzer, COO at Begum Law Group.

The company’s momentum speaks to significant market opportunity and demand for Litify’s modern legal solutions. In 2024, Litify aims to build upon its personalized, platform-based approach through:

  • AI innovation that enables law firms to unlock data and insights from documents
  • Enhanced rate and vendor management to improve in-house and outside counsel collaboration
  • Next-generation UX/UI for heightened efficiency and productivity
  • Robust timekeeping, billing, and accounting capabilities to optimize time entry, bill creation, and review
  • Beta programs that give clients the opportunity to test and evolve new capabilities
  • New training and certification courses to develop best-in-class admins

"We loved the look, feel, and ease of navigation, reporting, and overall case management. We felt supported through each step of the process from sales through kickoff and beyond," said Lisa Ettipio, Operations Manager at Tiveron Law.

Litify was named the Practice Management Solution Provider of the Year by LegalTech Breakthrough two years in a row and was included in Gartner’s 2023 Market Guide for Corporate Legal Operations Technology and IDC’s 2023 Marketscape for Worldwide Enterprise Legal Management Software.

"We needed case management software that supported our current process and gave us the opportunity for automation and increased efficiency. We looked at over a dozen software options, and all of them, except Litify, expected us to modify our process to fit the software,” said Krishna Balasubramani, Attorney at SBH Legal. “Litify was the only solution that could adapt to us and what we wanted."
