Last quarter, we delivered powerful new generative and agentic AI capabilities to revolutionize how you manage and extract insights from documents, streamline repetitive content creation, and empower seamless PDF editing. Here's what's new—plus a sneak peek at what's coming next.
Powered by next-generation agentic AI, the Agentforce Conflict Checker searches for and identifies any potential conflicts across your cases. You'll get instant lists of potential conflicts — no setup required. Access detailed conflict reports instantly via a "View Report" button in the chat, allowing you to download and distribute them. This minimizes risk and boosts compliance by automating a process that used to be time-consuming and prone to errors.
Select multiple documents on a matter and ask any questions to reduce the time spent on manual review. For example, you can ask to “summarize this matter” to get a comprehensive overview of all associated files, or ask to “find inconsistencies” and select which documents you want to compare.
Document deduplication is designed to prevent you from uploading identical documents, automatically alerting you if a document already exists. This not only saves you unnecessary data storage costs but also ensures your folders are more efficient and organized, making it easier for you to find the right documents when you need them.

Save up to ten electronic signatures in the platform, eliminating the need to repeatedly create or upload signatures. Reuse your stored signatures on any PDF and easily delete them when no longer needed, permanently removing them from the panel.
You can now insert Bates stamps directly into PDFs to organize, identify, and reference exhibits in your documents. Customize them with prefixes, font size, and color for optimal organization, and choose exactly where to insert stamps – in the header or footer of your documents.
Create, manage, and gain precise control over payment allocation toward your invoices, cutting down on administrative overhead and empowering you to track payments by individual timekeepers or projects.
