For years Ari has helped legal and financial teams digitally transform how they operate in order to obtain better results. Previously, he served as Head of Product at an AMLaw 100 firm where he led the law firm’s adoption of Litify and helped them standardize their best practices. Now, he helps legal teams of all types realize their fullest potential with the power of Litify’s platform.
Brian LaRock
Chief Financial Officer
Brian has more than 20 years of experience with start-up companies in SaaS, digital media, and digital marketing. He brings to Litify a unique understanding of the start-up space backed by a record of significantly growing enterprise value, leading four start-ups through exits to Salsify, the Hearst Corporation, AOL, & USA Today Sports Media Group (Gannett).
Steven Mandel
Chief Strategy Officer
Steven has held many roles at Litify across product development, operations, and customer success, always helping where there are areas of opportunity to further accelerate the business. In his current role as Chief Strategy Officer, he helps to bring new solutions to the market, expanding the value Litify offers to the legal industry.
Pam Wickersham
VP, Product and Engineering
Pam joined Litify in 2018 to build and launch Docrio, Litify’s document management and generation product line. Since Docrio’s release in January of 2020, Pam has led all of Litify’s Product and Engineering efforts, which also includes Matter and Intake Management, the Litify Referral Network, and our new Timekeeping product.

Chief Revenue Officer
In each of his sales leadership roles at Litify, Salesforce, Seagate, and British Telecom, Terry has helped companies harness the transformative power of technology to grow their businesses. As our Chief Revenue Officer and Founding Executive, he has been instrumental in building Litify from the ground up into the company that it is today. Together with his team, Terry is focused on delivering the best experience for every Litify client.
Hogan Hagy
Chief Customer Officer, Customer Experience
Hogan leads the Customer Experience organization at Litify, focused on the success of our customers throughout their journey with Litify. Hogan has 10+ years experience in the digital transformation space ranging from formal consulting to SaaS startups.
Cassie Vitelli
VP, Marketing
Cassie joined Litify in 2021 to build awareness of Litify’s value proposition within the legal market. She brings with her 10 years of Marketing experience in the technology start-up space.
Lorrie Ong
VP, People
Lorrie leads the People team at Litify, building and scaling the organization to ensure that Litify hires, develops, and retains the best talent. Lorrie brings with her 10+ years of experience in HR with a focus on technology startups.
Dov Slansky
VP, Strategy and Innovation
Dov Slansky is an accomplished Attorney and Vice President at Litify. Dov is a consumer law firm growth expert and he oversees our team of solutions engineers crafting creative solutions for enterprise law firms that want to scale. Dov enjoys speaking about law firm best practices for growth at industry conferences and is a leader in the personal injury industry.
Jenny Schmidt
VP, Customer Success
Jenny joined Litify in 2020 to bring her experience scaling Customer Success organizations to the business. Jenny has spent more than a dozen years in a variety of tech companies, leading Success, Support, Managed Services, and Implementation teams for a variety of industries. This is her second foray into the Salesforce ecosystem, and she is passionate about all things Salesforce and Litify.
